Punctuation Marks in French

French Punctuation Marks.

The punctuation marks in French are similar to English but some are not used the same way.

The video is here:

For exemple, a dot may be used in French to write in numbers one thousand: 1.000

An of course for decimal, we use a comma: 19,02 euros (that may be a problem when you use an English software with a French keyboard, because on the number pad, you will find a comma).

Punctuation is useful when you want to write a dictation, like this:

•Bonjour, comment allez-vous?
•Très bien! Je vais très bien.
•Pierre dit: “moi aussi!”
•C’est quoi votre adresse email?
•Et mon site web, c’est:

•Merci!
