Real Estate Agent: Agent immobilier
To Buy: Acheter
To Rent or To Let: Louer
House: Maison
Flat: Appartement
Floor: Etage
Top Floor: Combles
Landlord: Propriétaire
Tenant: Locataire
Tenancy, Renting: Location
Maintenance Charges: Charges Locatives
Property Tax: Taxe foncière
Local Tax: Taxe d’Habitation
Home Loan: Prêt bancaire
Mortgage: emprunt
Notary: Notaire (you need one for the final deed, fee: 5-10% of the price of the property but not include into it)
