3. Se llama / His or her name is
4. Nos llamamos / Our name is
5. Os llamáis / Your name is
6. Se llaman / Their name is (formal/plural)
7. ¿Cómo te llamas? / What is your name?
8. ¿Cómo se llama? / What is your name? and What is his or her name?
As you can see, in Spanish we use the "Se" form for "his", "her" and also "you" but the formal way.
