Pay attention to the floor, in France we always take into account the ground floor as the floor 0, so the next one is the first and can be the second for you.
Concierge can be feminine or masculine.
2 spellings for Clé or Clef.
There is a connection between the plural "boîtes" and the word "aux" but most people in France don't say it and say something like "boitolettres".
